What is the AI For Good Summit?

The AI for Good Summit is an annual international event organized by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in partnership with UN agencies, governments, and the private sector. Launched in 2017, its mission is to explore how artificial intelligence can be used to address global challenges and advance the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The summit brings together experts from various fields to collaborate on AI-driven solutions in areas such as healthcare, education, climate action, and crisis response. It also addresses the ethical and governance aspects of AI, promoting responsible development and ensuring that these technologies benefit all, particularly marginalized communities.
